Pursuant to the provisions of Section 4-9-10 of the South Carolina Code of Laws, 1976, as amended, and the result of the February 11, 1992 referendum held for the voters of Colleton County, in conformity therewith, the council-administrator form of county government is adopted for the governance of Colleton County.
