The council administrator form of government details the structure of county council or legislative body of county government only. The following elected officers are voted at-large and serve four-year terms. The conduct of each office is governed either by the South Carolina Constitution or legislative act. Theses offices are:

A. Sheriff;

B. Treasurer;

C. Auditor;

D. Pro bate judge;

E. Clerk of court;

F. Coroner.
