All state laws and regulations relating to county public library systems shall apply to the Colleton library system.

All employees of the county public library shall be subject to the provisions of item (7) of Section 4-9-30 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976 relative to personnel. (Ord. 79-O-10 § 4, 1979)
