Pursuant to Section 4-91-70 of the South Carolina Code of Laws 1976, the Colleton County council beginning January 1, 1980 shall appoint all county boards, committees and commissions whose appointment is not provided for by the general law or the Constitution. (Ord. 79-O-13, 1980)
