The elected five member Colleton County council seeks to develop and execute sound and just government in as efficient a manner as possible, and to secure and maintain peace and goodwill for all the citizens of Colleton County and for that purpose does hereby establish the rules and organization for the Colleton County council and its standing committees.(Ord. 01-O-09 (part), 2001)
