A. The commission shall consist of nine members to be appointed by county council. The term of office of the members shall be four years, except that, of the initial members, five shall be appointed for .a term of four years, and four shall be appointed for a term of two years, such terms to be decided by lot.

B. If a vacancy occurs, the county council shall fill that vacancy by appointment for the unexpired term. (Ord. 98-O-9 § 3, 1998)
