The commission shall be composed of nine members to be appointed by county council. Each appointment shall be for three years except that for the initial appointment, five members shall be appointed for three years and four members shall be appointed for two years. If a vacancy occurs, the county council shall fill the vacancy by appointment for the unexpired term. (Ord. 80-O-7 § 2, 1980)
