The arts director currently under the recreation commission shall be the director of the arts commission. This transfer of personnel and position for the recreation commission shall become effective immediately upon the approval of the ordinance codified in this chapter by the county council. The arts director shall work under the arts commission. He/she shall be a county employee subject to the county Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual. (Ord. 93-O-10 § 4, 1993)
