The commission shall be composed of a board of directors comprised of seven members. This board shall have a representative from Walterboro Colleton Chamber of Commerce, Colleton County development board, Walterboro-Colleton recreation commission, and four other members appointed at large by county council. Each appointment shall be for four years except that for the initial appointment, four members shall be appointed for four years and three members shall be appointed for two years. If a vacancy occurs, the county council shall fill the vacancy by appointment for the unexpired term. (Ord. 89-O-85 § 2, 1989)
