A. The supervisor of Colleton County council or a member of Colleton County council appointed by the supervisor shall serve on the commission.

B. The commission shall be composed of five appointed members with seats numbered 1 through 5. Seat numbers 2 and 4 shall serve initially a two-year term and seat numbers 1, 3 and 5 shall serve four-year terms. Hereinafter all seats shall serve a four-year term. (Ord. 88-O-1 §§ 1, 2, 1988)
