Written determinations and findings required by this chapter shall be retained in an official contract file maintained by the chief procurement officer, who is responsible for the administration of county contracts. Such determinations shall be documented in sufficient detail to satisfy the audit requirements as provided for in Section 3.08.090. (Ord. 03-O-04 (part), 2003)
