Colleton County government may license for public sale publications and materials pertaining to training programs and information technology products that are developed during the normal course of county activities. Such items shall be licensed at such reasonable costs as are established in accordance with the cost of the items and shall be included in the fee section of the Colleton County budget ordinance.
