A. Any department head or county official who wishes to establish an individual bank account for his/her department must obtain permission from council to do so.

B. Once council permission is obtained, the department head or official will request that the county treasurer open a bank account to meet the needs of the department.

C. No accounts may be established for county funds without adherence to the above procedures. (Ord. 96-O-26, 1997)
