So long as those certain bonds or certificates of participation for the financing of the Colleton County commitment to the Veterans Administration Nursing Home are outstanding, the Local Hospitality Taxes shall continue to be collected by the county in the amount sufficient to pay debt service on the bonds or certificates of participation. In all events, bonds or certificates of participation shall mean obligations of the county used to finance projects authorized by Title 6, Chapter 1, Article 7 (the "Local Hospitality Tax Act"). Upon the payment in full of the bonds or certificates of participation, the Local Hospitality Tax shall terminate. (Ord. 2000-O-28 § 8, 2000)
