A. Colleton County council as the governing body of Colleton County shall equip and maintain an emergency medical service for the county.

B. Colleton County council shall formulate a rate structure for the service which reflects the actual cost of operating said service and shall make adjustments to this rate structure from time to time as is deemed necessary by the council. (Ord. 95-O-6 §§ 1, 2, 1995)
