Chapter 9.12 DISTURBING THE PEACE
9.12.010 Disturbing the peace unlawful.
It is unlawful to disturb the peace. Disturbing the peace is
the doing of any of the following in such a manner as would foreseeably disturb
or alarm the public:
A. Engaging in a fistic encounter; or
B. Using of any unnecessarily loud, offensive or insulting
language; or
C. Appearing in an intoxicated condition; or
D. Engaging in any act in a violent and tumultuous manner by
any three or more persons; or
E. Holding of an unlawful assembly; or
F. Interruption of any lawful assembly of people;
or
G. Commission of any other act in such a manner as to
unreasonably disturb or alarm the public. (Ord. 94-O-11 § 1,
