An individual found guilty of a violation under Section 9.12.010 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days. (Ord. 94-O-11 § 2, 1995)
