Any person found guilty of a violation of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days. (Ord. 98-O-23 § 5, 1999)
