Single unit trucks with six or more tires, all combination unit trucks, and commercial buses shall be prohibited from traveling on Poplar Street in Colleton County between Highway 64 and Robertson Boulevard; provided, however, that this prohibition shall not apply to trucks engaged in the delivery of products and merchandise to establishments located on Poplar Street between Highway 64 and Robertson Boulevard; nor to trucks engaged in public service along such road; and further provided that this limitation shall not apply to buses engaged in the transportation of school children, to buses engaged in the transportation of persons to Sunday school and church, and to buses engaged in the transportation of passengers within the community area.
