Any person found guilty of a violation of any section of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days. Each day any violation of any provision of this chapter shall continue, shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 97-O-14 § 5, 1997)
