The road user fee shall be deposited in a separate fund, administered by the Colleton County administrator, which fund shall be separate and distinct from the county’s general fund and shall be maintained in a separate bank account. The proceeds of such fund, together with any investment income earned thereon, must be used solely and exclusively for the construction and improvement of county roads and related drainage. Funds not used in a fiscal year shall be carried forward and used exclusively for the purposes just stated above. (Ord. 93-O-25 § 4, 1993)
