Each violation of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor and be punishable by a fine of up to two hundred dollars ($200.00), imprisonment for up to thirty (30) days or both. Each day which a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 92-O-22 § 11, 1992)
