A. No mobile home units manufactured prior to June 15, 1976, which are not currently permitted to Colleton County, may be brought into Colleton County and granted permit for placement in Colleton County, South Carolina.

B. Mobile home units manufactured prior to June 15, 1976, which are, as of the date of the passage of the ordinance codified in this chapter, situated and legally permitted to be located in Colleton County may remain and may be granted permit for relocation within the county. (Ord. 2000-O-22, 2000)
