There shall be made available to the code enforcement officers (including building inspectors, nuisance enforcement, zoning and development officers, flood damage prevention administrator, and fire marshal) of this county an ordinance summons which complies with the requirements of the South Carolina Code of Laws, Section 56-7-80, 1976, as amended. The form shall be substantially the same as the form which is attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter and amended herein. The summons may be served in person or sent by certified mail.
