The uses permitted in the primary zoning districts established by Chapter 14.04, the off-street parking requirements, and the dimensional requirements of each are set forth herein.

Section 14.08.030 (Table 1) sets forth use and off-street parking requirements for each zoning district. Section 14.08.040 (Table 2) sets forth lot area, yard, setback, height, density, floor area and impervious surface requirements for all districts. Section 14.08.050 establishes regulations for the planned development district; Section 14.08.060 prescribes regulations for development in the flood hazard district, and Section 14.08.070 establishes regulations for the airport compatibility district.
