(F) Buildings in excess of forty (40) feet shall observe an additional setback from side and rear property lines of one foot for each one foot in height over forty (40) feet; not to exceed fifty (50) feet.
(G) A riparian buffer setback not less than forty (40) feet or one-third the depth of a lot or parcel, whichever is less, shall be provided along the banks of all wetlands, marsh areas, streams and rivers. The buffer setback area for tidal waters shall be measured from the mean high tide line. The buffer area shall remain undeveloped, except for piers, docks, and pervious access paths to the water or wetlands bank. Any disturbance of the buffer area shall adhere to Best Management Practices, (BMP’s) For Forestry, in streamside management zones, promulgated by the SC Forestry Commission.
