Due to the unique design features of townhouses, the following supplemented design requirements shall apply:

A. Such projects shall have a minimum of one acre.

B. Not more than eight nor fewer than three townhouses may be joined together, with approximately the same (but staggered) front line.

C. Minimum distance between rows of buildings shall be not less than twenty (20) feet.

D. Minimum lot width shall be eighteen (18) feet.

E. Sidewalks not less than four feet in width shall be provided along the front property line of each project, building.

F. Not less than ten percent of the project site shall be diverted to common open space, as specified by Section 14.16.040. (Ord. 99-O-25 § 3.1, 1999)
