14.12.160 Residential-resort complex.

A. The residential-resort complex, by definition, includes any combination of two or more of the following:
1. Housing, including patio homes, single-family detached dwellings, townhouses and condominiums.
2. Resort accommodations, including hotels, motels, inns and cottages.
3. Recreation facilities, including golf courses, marinas, horse stables and tracks, trails, tennis courts, and activity centers.
B. Where conditionally permitted by Table 1, residential-resort complexes shall:
1. Meet the development standards for a PDD, subsection 14.08.050(C).
2. Meet the site plan requirements for a PDD, subsection 14.08.050(D).
3. Meet the financial guarantee requirements for a PDD, subsection 14.08.050(E).
4. Meet the land development requirements of Chapter 14.28.
5. Be processed by the planning commission as a major subdivision, in accord with the requirements of Sections 14.36.060 through 14.36.140. (Ord. 99-O-25 § 3.16, 1999)
