In any place or premises other than a veterinary clinic, used in whole or in part for the purpose of keeping, housing, or raising twenty-four (24) or more animals in any combination whether the animals are boarded, are pet animal rescues, or are household pets, the animals shall be kept a minimum of three hundred (300) feet from any property line, and the place or premises shall meet in full the screening requirements of Section 14.16.020.

All kennels shall be located only in the rear or side yard area of any lot. (Ord. 03-O-13 § 3.17, 2003)
