A. This chapter regulates the number, size, placement, and physical characteristics of signs; allows certain signs without permits; prohibits certain signs; and requires permits for certain signs.

B. From and after the adoption of this title, no sign may be erected or enlarged within the jurisdiction of this title unless it conforms to the requirements of this chapter. (Ord. 99-O-25 § 5.1, 1999)
