All land developments within the jurisdiction of this title shall be surveyed, platted, and marked in accord with the Minimum Standards Manual for the Practice of Land Surveying in South Carolina, as promulgated by the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, Title 40, Chapter 21. This manual is hereby adopted by reference and is as much a part of this title as if contained herein. (Ord. 99-O-25 § 7.13, 1999)
