This chapter sets forth the procedures required for obtaining certificates of zoning compliance, building permits, grading permits, sign permits, and certificates of occupancy. It also establishes procedures for processing land development applications, and defines the duties, powers, and limitations of officials, departments, commissions, boards, and other groups, which are or may be involved in the administration and enforcement of this title.
