3. Drainage plan by qualified professional showing all structures and easements

4. Lot approval by DHEC

7. Contour maps at 1' intervals, if deemed necessary by Planning Staff

11. Street name and right-of-way width

12. Deed reference

13. All easements, designating location, width and condition

14. Street address title block, showing subdivision name, owners name and address, date of survey and registered number of surveyor

15. Certificates of survey accuracy, ownership and dedication, and approval
