The Administrator executes the policies, directives and legislative actions promulgated by the County Council, establishes administrative policies, oversees operations of departments under County Council’s jurisdiction, and executes the County’s budget.

Administration/Human Resources/Risk Management oversees all personnel programs and policies including benefits administration, employee hiring procedures, COBRA, retirement packages and the County safety program.
