Colleton County is accepting applications for a Clerk II position in the Assessor’s Office. The successful candidate will assist the public with real estate and assessment information. The successful candidate will also perform assorted clerical duties in support of the activities and functions of the Assessor’s Office.
Requirements include high school diploma, general office skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word and Access. Two years of clerical experience. Strong communications skills and experience dealing with the public are necessary. Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered. Pre-employment drug screen and a satisfactory background check also required.
