Colleton County Government is accepting applications from qualified individuals for the position of Clerk in the Human Resource department. The successful candidate will perform general clerical duties in support of Human Resources, maintain personnel files and database and assist with benefits administration.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with extensive computer skills including familiarity with spreadsheets, word processing and accounting software (such as MS-Word, Excel, Power Point). Must have at least three (3) years of clerical experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must develop and maintain working knowledge of the County’s full benefit package. Pre-employment drug screen and a satisfactory background check also required.
