Colleton County Council is in the process of redistricting the County Council Districts based on 2020 Census data. The public is encouraged to review the proposed map. Colleton County Council will conduct a Public Hearing on January 26 at 5:30 PM. The Public Hearing will be held at the Colleton Civic Center Auditorium, located at 494 Hampton Street, Walterboro, SC. Comments will be heard on the redistricting of County Council Districts based on 2020 Census data. Due to Covid-19 precautions, masks must be worn and social distancing must be observed in the meeting. The public is encouraged to review the proposed map prior to the public hearing. The proposed map will be located for viewing throughout the County at the locations listed below and at www.colletoncounty.org:
