Colleton County Economic Alliance Announces Project Manager

Colleton County Economic Alliance (CCEA) proudly announces the promotion of Donna Lamb to project manager. She began her new role July 1. “Donna has a passion for her community and consistently builds strong relationships with our allies and existing industries.” “Her institutional knowledge, tenacity and professionalism make her an extremely valuable part of our economic development program and an ideal fit for the newly-created project manager role,” said Brantley Strickland, Executive Director of the CCEA. 

Lamb has served as an executive assistant for the CCEA since 2021. She has worked for Colleton County for 12 years with roles in various departments, including the Colleton County Sheriff’s Office and Keep Colleton Beautiful. As project manager, Lamb will be the primary point of contact for new project inquiries and requests for information, will manage the CCEA’s business and industry retention and expansion efforts as well as provide general support to the executive director.

Lamb is a graduate of the S.C. Economic Developers Association (SCEDA) Economic Development Institute and a graduate of the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) basic economic development program at the University of North Carolina. She is an active member of SCEDA and a new member of the Southern Economic Development Council (SEDC).
