Colleton County Fire-Rescue's Emergency Management Division is closely monitoring the "Arctic Blast" that will bring extremely cold temperatures to our area. Luckily, no precipitation is forecasted and St. Judes Church, 907 Wichman Street Walterboro, will open a warming shelter.
