Colleton County Government is accepting applications for the position of Bush Cutter/Operator in the Roads & Bridges Department. The successful candidate will under direct supervision operate the bush cutter machine that is used to clear/cut bushes and limbs from county maintained roads’ right-of-ways.
Requires a high school diploma with some experience in operating medium and heavy-duty equipment: or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must possess a valid driver’s license and submit a 3-year driving record. Pre-employment/ random drug screen and satisfactory background check also required.
